We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange.
The 30-day period begins on the date you receive your order, as confirmed by the shipping carrier's delivery confirmation.
3. Eligibility for Returns

- Products must be unopened and in their original packaging
- All seals must be intact and unbroken
- Products must be in new, unused condition

3.2 Opened Products
We understand that you may need to open a product to evaluate it. For opened products:

- At least 50% of the product must remain

5. Return Shipping Costs
5.1 Customer Responsibility
In most cases, you are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
5.2 Company Responsibility
We will cover return shipping costs if:
- The product is defective or damaged upon arrival
- We sent you the wrong product
- The product does not match the description on our website
- There was an error in your order fulfillment
In these cases, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.
5.3 Shipping Insurance

8. Damaged or Defective Products

If you have a subscription order, you may cancel at any time by contacting customer service. Cancellations will take effect for the next billing cycle. Subscription orders that have already been processed and shipped are subject to our standard return policy.
12. International Returns
At this time, we only ship within the United States. If you are located outside the United States and have received our products through a third party, please contact that retailer for their return policy.
13. Refused or Undeliverable Packages
If you refuse delivery of your order or if the package is returned to us as undeliverable:
- We will issue a refund for the product cost
- Original shipping costs will not be refunded
- A restocking fee of 15% may be applied

15. Lost Packages
15.1 Lost in Transit to You
If your package is lost during shipping to you:

If your return package is lost during shipping back to us:

16. Fraudulent Returns
We reserve the right to refuse returns or issue refunds if we suspect fraudulent activity, including but not limited to:

- Providing false information about the condition of returned products
